2025 Inductee Kelly (Beamer) Foos, 2006
A 2006 graduate of Bellevue High School, Kelly (Beamer) Foos earned seven varsity letters in track and field and basketball. She was both a State runner-up and a State champion in the pole vault during her junior and senior years.
In basketball, Kelly helped the Lady Red to Northern Ohio League, Sectional, and District championships as a freshman. The team was again Sectional champions during her sophomore season.
In 2003, Kelly won the NOL pole vault title as a freshman (setting a new record), was District champion, Regional runner-up, and a State qualifier. As a sophomore in 2004, she repeated as NOL champion (with another new record) and was again District champion.
During the 2005 season, Kelly was the Bellevue Elks Invite champion, set yet another meet record, won the NOL title, and was both District and Regional champion. She finished as State runner-up, clearing 11'0".
As a senior, she was Huron Invite MVP and pole vault champion, won the NOL for the fourth straight year (with a new record), and set additional records at both the District and Regional meets. She cleared 11'9" to set the State Meet and Division II girls pole vault record, becoming State champion. She still holds the girls' pole vault record at BHS.
Kelly attended the University of Findlay on a pole vault scholarship.
She and her husband, J.J., reside in Bellevue with their two children, Aubrey (11) and Landry (7). She is the owner of Forget-Me-Not Flowers & Gifts in uptown Bellevue.
